Hayley Jo Photography, LLC retains copyright of the photographs captured at this session, and hereby grants the model (or parent/guardian) unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays. If the client posts any images taken by Hayley Jo Photography, LLC on the Internet and on social media sites, they must credit the photographer for each image whenever possible. Photographs taken at all sessions and presented by this photographer may be used by Hayley Jo Photography, LLC for display, portfolio, advertising, website, social media, or in any publication. All images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned.
